Advantages of Rent to Own.

2. Get a building quickly with only the 1st payment down. 

3. Cancel anytime. Should you decide you no longer want or need the building, the building will be removed from your property. 

4. Does not tie up your credit. 

5. Pay off the remaining cash balance early anytime (highly recommended)

6. You own the building once the last payment is made. 

7. Can Rent to Own up to $20,000

Rent-to-Own is not a loan. Rent to own is month to month rental of the building until paid off. There is no interest. There is a monthly rental fee.

 

How to Calculate Your Payments 

 

24 month option take cash price ÷ 16.8 = monthly payment
36 month option take cash price ÷ 21.6 = monthly payment
48 month option take cash price ÷ 24.0 = monthly payment

 

Example:

24 month on a $2500 building (2,500 / 16.8) = $148.81
36 month on a $2500 building (2,500 / 21.6) = $115.74
48 month on a $2500 building (2,500 / 24.0) = $104.17

 

Note: Sales tax is calculated based on the monthly rental payment. 

 

You can pay off your shed early without penalty. 

 

24-month RTO pays 70% of remaining payments.
36-month RTO pays 60% of remaining payments.
48-month RTO pays 50% of remaining payments.

Note: To lower the overall cost of the building, it is highly recommended that you pay off the RTO as soon as possible.
